Fish Hunt: Pixel Puzzle · Boar Band
Effective date: October 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Boar Band (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile game Fish Hunt: Pixel Puzzle (the “Game”) available on Google Play. By installing or using the Game, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
The Game does not require registration or an account, and we do not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number or physical address. If you contact us by email, we will receive your email address and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically
The Game uses third-party services (see Section 3) that may automatically collect the following information:
- Device information – device model, manufacturer, operating system and version, screen resolution, language and region settings;
- Device identifiers – Android Advertising ID (GAID), app set ID and other identifiers generated by the SDKs;
- Network information – IP address (which may be used to estimate your approximate country or city), connection type and mobile carrier;
- Gameplay and usage data – session start and length, levels played, progress events, in-game actions, crashes and performance data;
- Install attribution data – information on how you found and installed the Game (for example, which campaign or source led to the install).
Game progress
The Game works offline. Your game progress and settings are stored locally on your device and are not transferred to our servers. Uninstalling the Game deletes this data.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- operate, maintain and improve the Game;
- understand how players interact with the Game and balance its difficulty and content;
- detect and fix bugs, crashes and performance problems;
- measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and attribute app installs;
- respond to your requests and support inquiries;
- comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Third-Party Services
The Game integrates the following third-party SDKs. They collect and process information under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review:
| Service | Purpose | Privacy policy |
|---|---|---|
| GameAnalytics | Gameplay analytics, crash and performance reporting | gameanalytics.com/privacy |
| Facebook SDK (Meta) | App events, analytics and advertising campaign measurement | facebook.com/privacy/policy |
| Adjust | Install attribution and marketing analytics | adjust.com/terms/privacy-policy |
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
4. Advertising ID and Your Choices
You can limit the use of your Android Advertising ID at any time. On most Android devices, open Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads) and choose Delete advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalization. You may also reset your advertising ID from the same menu.
You can stop all data collection by the Game by uninstalling it.
5. Legal Basis for Processing (EEA / UK users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information based on our legitimate interests in operating, analysing and improving the Game, and, where required by law, on your consent. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
6. Data Retention
Information collected by third-party services is retained according to their respective policies. Emails you send us are kept only as long as necessary to handle your request. Locally stored game data remains on your device until you delete the Game or clear its data.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access. Data transmitted by the third-party SDKs is sent over encrypted connections. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International Data Transfers
Our third-party service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States and countries in the European Union, which may have different data protection laws. Such transfers are carried out with appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:
- access the personal information held about you;
- request correction or deletion of your personal information;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- request data portability;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
11. Data Deletion Requests
Because the Game has no accounts and stores your progress only on your device, you can delete game data by uninstalling the Game or clearing its data in Settings → Apps → Fish Hunt: Pixel Puzzle → Storage.
To request deletion of data collected by third-party services, you can reset your Advertising ID (see Section 4) and email us at boarband790@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion – Fish Hunt: Pixel Puzzle”. We will respond within 30 days. You can also contact the third-party providers listed in Section 3 directly.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
